- 1.How can we make an appointment for a business meeting?
- Please find company you wish to see, and the company profile there is “Attendance Form” button on the page. Click the button and fill out the require information by August 31st.
We will arrange the business meeting and let you know the schedule.
- 2.Is there anything we should bring to a business meeting?
- Please bring your company brochure which shown type of your business and which products you are dealing with.
- 3.Is there any business meeting space available?
- Yes. Common Utility Space will be available for a meeting at Japan Pavilion. However, the meeting spaces are limited, so please make an appointment.(see Question 1.)
- 4.We are unable to visit the exhibition. Is it possible to have any materials, brochures or samples sent to us?
- Please inquire directly with the company you are interested in through “Contact us“ button in the website above.
- 5.As regards the exhibits, are they all importable?
- Of course, we export all of them in compliance with relevant laws and ordinances and they are not prohibited articles.
- 6.Is it possible to purchase samples?
- No. Due to there the roles and reguration of Japanese government all exhibitors are not allowed to sell samples. You may place an order to ship products.
